We sell activewear and movement essentials.
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including product names, colours, sizing, fit notes, care information and product images.

Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to garment style, fabric, supplier or production process. Please check the product page and Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
5. Made-to-order and fulfilment
Some 1907 Fitness products may be produced, printed, packed or fulfilled by our production and fulfilment partners after an order is placed.
This means some products may require production time before dispatch.
Customers buy directly from 1907 Fitness Ltd. Our production and fulfilment partners may help produce, pack or deliver products, but 1907 Fitness Ltd remains responsible for customer service, order support and customer-facing policies.
The fact that some products are produced or fulfilled after order does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Prices and payment
Product prices are shown on our website.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.
We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, product availability and delivery options at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
If there is an obvious pricing, product or checkout error, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
7. Placing an order
You can place an order by selecting your product, choosing the relevant size, colour and quantity, and completing checkout.

8. Order changes before production, fulfilment or dispatch

Once an order has entered production, fulfilment or dispatch, we may not be able to make changes.
This does not affect any legal cancellation rights you may have.
9. Legal cancellation rights
If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order.
Where cancellation rights apply, you can cancel from the date you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive your order.

Please include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You do not need to use any specific wording, as long as your cancellation request is clear.
A cancellation form is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy, but you do not have to use it. Any clear cancellation request sent by email will be accepted where cancellation rights apply.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days, unless we confirm otherwise.
Returned items must be in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Some items may not be eligible for cancellation or return in certain circumstances, for example where an item has been personalised or made to your specific custom requirements, or where hygiene-related packaging or seals have been removed where applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
10. Shipping and delivery
Production, dispatch and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product, delivery address, delivery method and fulfilment process.
Shipping costs, delivery options and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown where available on our website, at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.
If no specific delivery date is agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.
If your order contains more than one item, products may be produced or fulfilled separately. This means items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels or at different times.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

11. Delivery address and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, refused by the courier, or because the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
We will contact you where possible to confirm the next steps.
12. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we confirm otherwise.
Where you cancel an order in line with your legal cancellation rights, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the order where required. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For change of mind returns, where a refund is due, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or within 14 days of receiving proof that you have sent the item back, where applicable.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the issue and confirm the next steps by email.
Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy at no cost to you.

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges.
