This page explains how 1907 Fitness orders are produced, dispatched and delivered.

Some 1907 products may be produced, printed, packed or fulfilled by our production and fulfilment partners after an order is placed. This means your order may require production time before it is dispatched.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout, including your delivery address, product, size and colour.

Once an order has entered production, fulfilment or dispatch, we may not be able to make changes.

Production time

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Most orders are expected to be prepared for dispatch within 3–5 working days.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, order volume, supplier availability or fulfilment process.

Delivery time

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Estimated UK delivery after dispatch: 1–7 working days

Estimated international delivery after dispatch: 3–21 working days, depending on the destination, delivery method and fulfilment partner.

The exact delivery timeframe may depend on the delivery method selected, the fulfilment partner used and the delivery address.

Delivery dates and tracking updates may be provided by the courier after dispatch. These are estimates and may change depending on the delivery service, courier delays, customs processes, bank holidays or other factors outside our control.

Total estimated delivery timeframe

For UK orders, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

5–12 working days from the order date

This includes estimated production time and estimated delivery time.

International delivery timeframes may vary more significantly depending on the destination country, delivery method, customs processes and fulfilment partner.

If a different timeframe applies to a specific product or delivery method, this will be shown where available on the product page, at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

whether items are shipped together or separately.

International delivery

International delivery is available to selected countries.

International delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Estimated international delivery after dispatch: 3–21 working days, depending on the destination, delivery method and fulfilment partner.

International shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, product type, parcel weight, delivery method and fulfilment partner.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

Multiple items in one order

If your order contains more than one item, products may be produced or fulfilled separately.

This means items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels or at different times.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. The final shipping cost may depend on the products ordered, delivery address, fulfilment partner and delivery method.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check:

your shipping confirmation email;
the tracking information, where available;
with your local delivery office or courier;
that the delivery address entered at checkout was correct.

We will review the tracking information and contact the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner where needed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will confirm the next steps by email.

In some cases, a parcel may not be treated as lost by the courier or fulfilment partner until a certain period has passed after dispatch.

Missing parcel enquiries should be raised as soon as possible so we can review the issue and confirm the next steps.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, refused by the courier, or because the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

We will contact you where possible to confirm the next steps.

Delivery delays outside our control

Delivery delays may occur due to events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, severe weather, strikes, service disruptions, bank holidays or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will aim to update you where possible.
